Welcome to Beachside Fields This Web site has been built to help manage the baseball and softball field usage for the various groups that use them. As practices and games are scheduled, we will be updating this calendar. The success of this site depends on you. Please notify us of any scheduled field events as soon as possible. Events on this calendar will have field priority. To request that your field use be published on this schedule, please email neil@neilkent.com. For ways that we can enhance this site, please email neil@neilkent.com. How to use the Calendar To access the calendar, click Calendar on the menu bar. Once on the calendar page, use can use the left and right arrows to scroll through the months. You can select only those fields that your team or organization uses using the down arrow on the far right of the calendar menu and then selecting the field names that you use. This will provide you with a calendar that is much easier to read. You can change the calendar view using the Week or Month button. You can also view a daily agend using the Agenda button. Lastly, you can print a calendar using the print button. Remeber, to first select those fields that you want to include on your calendar before printing. How to read the Calendar Each calendar entry contains a field name code, and a team or league name code. If nothing is scheduled for a particular timeslot you may request the field. Errors and Omissions Responsibility It is the responsibility of the team or organization requesting the field to verify that the calendar has been updated correctly and your field use has been scheduled on the beachsidefields.com calendar. We do not take any responsibility for any errors or omissions. No team has the right to use a field until it is entered into the calendar.
